Marketing/social media Specialist
Function Description:
We are looking for someone on a Part-Time basis to manage and create marketing opportunities via social media, email, and other outlets. Some CRM and photography assistance will be required as well. Hours will vary between 10-20 hours per week
Job Summary:
A Digital Marketing Specialist’s duties would include creating and managing company social media sites, website, SEO, CRM, and other related marketing opportunities. Along with these duties, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and scheduling worksite photoshoots and other related items
Duties and Responsibilities:
Preferred some education and/or prior work experience in Marketing/Advertising field. Must be self-reliant. This hourly position will have little direction from others.

Must have your own vehicle. Good driving record, possession of a valid driver’s license and CURRENT auto insurance REQUIRED. Travel to various sites will be required. (Mileage Reimbursed)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, update, manage, and review company social media sites.
- Know how to plan, create and implement a marketing strategy
- Meet with direct reports to review progress and analytics.
- Arrange PHOTO SHOOTS for selected JOB SITES.
- Assist photographers and homeowners with photoshoots; providing staging and other help.
- Analyze potential advertising opportunities and other marketing priorities
- Create and manage path to keep in touch past clients.
- Offer creative support for other projects, including office décor, company gatherings, other marketing items.
- Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowing the basics of marketing
- Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and CRM)
- Excellent problem-solving skills in an environment with little direction from others.
- Basic photography and design skills
- Graphic design skills desirable
- Ability to relate to and create budgets
- Competency in Web Design
- Ability to be flexible with work time due to evening or early morning photoshoots
